- After Printing: Once the order has entered the printing stage, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

- Due to the personalized nature of custom t-shirts, refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless there is a defect in the garment or a printing error on our part.

- Custom t-shirts will be printed and shipped according to the estimated delivery time provided during checkout. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control.
